I hope that this review is helpful to those who are having to navigate at difficult situation of finding care for their loved one. Even though this an uncomfortable thing to talk about, plan, and accept I found myself at the unfair point of life were my loved one needs 24 hour care. Multiple friends suggested Oakdale to me and I’m so grateful they did. Kristen the Social Services Director helped me through the process, talked me through the paperwork, and was right there to support me through this new chapter. And when it was time for placement she was there to help us make that transition. And Now to share on the nursing side. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I know we all hear the bad things about nursing homes. And thats all that we hear about. I’m so happy I get to tell you about the good things! Cece the DON impressed me so much. She has been so amazing to address concerns, needs, and things my my loved one likes or wants to make her move as smooth as possible. The staff have been so supportive to me and my loved one, and it has been easy to communicate how the adjustment is going. I am at a place of relief and peace. I know I made a wonderful decision trusting Oakdale with my loved one.

Oakdale is a facility that don't get enough credit because in all honesty it’s the best. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and clean. Oakdale offers on campus salon, an optometrist and podiatrist that round routinely , a spectacular therapy department, and doctors that round every month. You get peace of mind knowing your loved one is being care for by nurses with 40+ years of knowledge. The amazing maintenance department is doing a fantastic job with the updates that are taking place. Drop in and see the magnificent Social Service Director for a tour if you don’t believe me.

With one on one care of each resident we strive to make life a little easier for situations in both family’s and residents lives. Around the clock medical care, cosmetology, and overall just great staff to grow with!

My son stays in the RCF building. He is always smiling when talking about the friends he’s made. And he’s constantly telling me how nice the staff is. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better place for any of your loved ones.

The Oakdale Skilled Nursing Care Center is the absolute best option I have seen for anyone in search of the best care tor their loved ones. I have recently been comparing the options available for my loved one and was thoroughly impressed with Oakdale. I learned they have underwent many changes in the last year to separate them from the other options in this region. I learned a lot of the reasons for the improvements was the new leadership in many areas at Oakdale. The new management has focused on improving the facility as a whole. The facility is extremely clean and well kept with brand new remodeling throughout the facility. The highly qualified staff at Oakdale offers a feeling of confidence that your family member will receive professional care no matter the individual needs required. They make individualized care a top priority by employing the very best staff possible and they also offer therapy for outpatient services as well. It was an easy choice after comparing the different options and Oakdale is so accommodating it is a no brainer what care center is the best option for my loved one.
